Sea kayak Argentina to the Pacific Ocean 8d 7n
True to our spirit, this trip is a good opportunity to get to know an area of the Patagonia which is still remote and untamed. This adventure will take us from the Andes heights to the Pacific Ocean. We will start at Puelo Lake in Argentina, cross several beautiful lakes and row the waters of Puelo River until we reach the Pacific coast in Chile. Along this crossing we will meet settlers, sleep in their homes and they will be the ones who will take our gear from lake to lake using cart pulled by oxen.
Include:
All meals from days 2 to 8, including breakfast, march snack, box lunch, dinner, wine, appetizers, board cheese and other delicious food.
All land transportation: Private transfer the entire trip including airport pick up.
All water transportation: Ferry to cross Lake Tagua Tagua.
1 night lodging in hotel at El Bolsón + 1 nights lodge Bandurrias Island + 5 nights camping
All camping equipment, tents for two (Mountain Hard Wear), kitchen tent and tarps in case of rain.
Kayak with rudder and Prijon equipment (made in Germany), doubles and simples, Paddle, skirts, row jackets, life jacket, dry bags for your equipment and camera.

Bilingual Guide (Spanish-English) accredited by Wilderness First Response (WMI), National National Outdoor Leadership Scholl (NOLS) and American Canoe Asociation (ACA). With wide experienced long trips to remote places.

Day by Day
Day 1 Bariloche / El Bolsón
We gather at the meeting point and go to a hotel in El Bolsón. (3:00 hrs transfer) (BL-C ) (night in hotel)
Day 2 Puelo Lake / Inferior Lake
Crossing to Chile, we paddled the lakes Puelo (Argentina) and Inferior Lake (Chile) and then set up our first camp on the banks of Lake Inferior. (0:30 hrs transfer) (6hrs / 16km) (B-BL-C) (night camping)
Day 3 Lago Inferior / lago Las Rocas / Isla Bandurrias
After paddling a short section on the Inferior lake we make the first portage of equipment in ox-drawn carts, once in Lake Las Rocas have only 2.5 hours ofcpaddling to reach the island Bandurrias and enjoy a good familiar lodge with very good views of the mountains. Day 4 Bandurrias Island / Azul Lake
1 hours will paddle around the Las Rocas lake to meet the cart that carried the Kayaks to the Azul Lake. On the way visit ancient woods and meet a family of settlers, after lunch with them we paddle the blue lake to our campsite next to the lake. (5hrs / 12km) (B-BL-C) (night in camping)
Day 5 Azul Lake / Puelo River
Navigate a short stretch of Azul Lake and then move our equipment with cart pulled by oxens to a dirt road where we find the support van to take us to the area of Santo Domingo, campfire beside the river Puelo. (4 hrs / 8km) (1:00 hrs transfer) (D-BL-C) (night camping)
Day 6 Puelo River / Tagua Tagua Lake
We will paddle downstream to the beautiful Puelo river , famous for its fishing and emerald color. Camp at the mouth of Lake Tagua Tagua. (5hrs / 28km) (B-BL-C) (night in camping)
Day 7 Tagua Tagua Lake /Puelo river / Pacific Ocean
Depending on lake conditions, we need to start early in the morning to avoid the wind of the Tagua Tagua lake , once on the opposite shore begins the last stretch of the Puelo river that will take us to the Pacific Ocean. (5hrs / 31.5 km) (B-BL-C) (night camping)
Day 8 Reloncavi Estuary / Cochamó / Puerto Varas
Today we will paddle the Reloncavi Estuary, where the Pacific Ocean meets for the first time with the Andes range, once in the Cochamó village we meet with the support vehicle to drive to Puerto Varas. (5 hrs / 20km) (1:30 hrs transfer) (D-BL) (night in Puerto Varas)
